On October 30, the Company's Party Committee convened the October Enlarged Party Committee Meeting in Conference Room 207 of the company office building. Senior leaders of the company including Tian Xinzhong, Wei Ligang and Li Hongchao, as well as all middle-level managers and professional staff at the director and deputy director levels attended the meeting. Relevant personnel stationed at the new factory in Weixian County participated via the video conference system.
The theme of this meeting was "Loyal to Duty, Upright in Profession". In accordance with the meeting agenda, after playing the special warning education film on honest practice Fighting Corruption for the People—Punishing Petty Corruption and reporting three recent cases of violations of laws and disciplines in the company, representatives from units including the Quality Control Department, Sales Company, Procurement Department and Relocation Project Department delivered speeches. They put forward specific measures for further strengthening integrity education, refining management systems, and improving supervision and punishment mechanisms.
At the meeting, Wei Ligang, Deputy Secretary of the Company's Party Committee, Deputy General Manager and Chairman of the Trade Union, delivered a speech and put forward requirements for the work of "Loyal to Duty, Upright in Profession". First, all employees must abide by the commitment to honest practice and translate the terms in the commitment into conscious actions in daily work. In particular, employees in key positions should clearly understand the nature of their work and repay the company's trust with loyal performance of duties. Second, for key positions such as bidding and procurement, material inspection and metrology, product sales and construction management, relevant business systems should be further standardized from the perspective of protecting employees, and a clean and healthy cooperative relationship should be established with customers. Supervision and inspection mechanisms should be improved to put an end to all forms of "extorting and accepting bribes", ensuring that every link and every business transaction is conducted in the open, unafraid of supervision and able to stand up to scrutiny. Third, adopt a zero-tolerance attitude towards violations of rules and disciplines. Once any report or clue of violation is verified, it will be dealt with strictly in accordance with the company's rules and regulations and relevant national laws and regulations without leniency or tolerance.
