Recently, a new round of on-site renovation and improvement initiatives at Xingtai Iron and Steel has been advancing in an orderly manner. It strictly complies with the On-site Management System, aiming to integrate renovation requirements into daily operational norms and realize the in-depth development from intensive cleaning to regular maintenance.
The implementation process of the activity embodies the characteristics of continuous improvement. On the basis of the intensive renovation carried out by various units and the participation of responsible departments in the early stage, the company’s leading group is organizing systematic inspections and supervision. Meanwhile, problems identified are publicized through the internal network "Exposure Platform", with follow-up tracking to ensure closed-loop rectification. This circular mechanism of inspection, exposure, rectification and feedback has become a regularized management tool to promote the timely resolution of on-site issues.
