Recently, a new round of on-site renovation and improvement initiatives at Xingtai Iron and Steel has been advancing in an orderly manner. Far from a one-off short-term campaign, this is a regularized management measure adopted by the company to consolidate governance achievements and achieve sustained improvement in the environmental landscape of the plant. In recent years, through the successive implementation of a series of renovation activities, the on-site environment of Xingtai Iron and Steel has undergone profound improvements that extend beyond superficial changes.

It is reported that this round of renovation has further strengthened the development of a long-term mechanism on the basis of summarizing past experience. The activity continues to adopt the highly efficient coordination mechanism of "departmental responsibility for branch factories". A joint leading group composed of the General Office and the Environmental Protection Department of the company is responsible for overall planning and command, with 18 functional departments providing counterpart support to 7 secondary units, forming a work pattern characterized by clear responsibilities and collaborative governance. The effective operation of this mechanism ensures that the pressure of renovation is transmitted layer by layer and the governance tasks are effectively implemented.

The renovation continues to focus on key areas and weak links, covering multiple dimensions including refined maintenance of green belts, cleaning of roads and auxiliary facilities, and standardized management of production workshops. Compared with previous campaigns, the current governance places greater emphasis on dynamic maintenance and refined standards. It strictly complies with the On-site Management System, aiming to integrate renovation requirements into daily operational norms and realize the in-depth development from intensive cleaning to regular maintenance.
The implementation process of the activity embodies the characteristics of continuous improvement. On the basis of the intensive renovation carried out by various units and the participation of responsible departments in the early stage, the company’s leading group is organizing systematic inspections and supervision. Meanwhile, problems identified are publicized through the internal network "Exposure Platform", with follow-up tracking to ensure closed-loop rectification. This circular mechanism of inspection, exposure, rectification and feedback has become a regularized management tool to promote the timely resolution of on-site issues.

Particularly noteworthy is that Xingtai Iron and Steel is consolidating and promoting the effective practices and typical experience accumulated in the renovation activities through internal publicity platforms. By displaying the comparative effects of key areas before and after renovation, it not only directly reflects the remarkable results of the governance work, but also effectively stimulates the initiative and sense of responsibility of the majority of employees in participating in environmental maintenance, creating a positive atmosphere for continuous governance.
From designating key areas to achieve "point-to-area" promotion, to clarifying responsibility division and assessment rules, Xingtai Iron and Steel has been constantly exploring and practicing in the field of on-site environmental governance. The continuous implementation of renovation activities and the consequent sustained optimization of the environment mark that Xingtai Iron and Steel has taken solid and steady steps towards improving refined management and striving for green and sustainable development.
