Recently, Xingtai Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. organized a fire emergency drill, aiming to further improve the enterprise's fire safety management, enhance employees' practical ability to respond to sudden fires, and provide strong support for the enterprise's safe production.
Prior to the drill, the company's General Office formulated a detailed drill plan, clarifying the responsibilities and task division of each department. It also released fire safety knowledge training materials via the OA system, covering fire prevention, alarm procedures, evacuation and escape methods, and the use of fire-fighting equipment, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the drill.

The drill officially kicked off at 15:00 sharp. As soon as the fire alarm went off, employees from all departments responded quickly and evacuated in an orderly manner to the designated safe area along the preset evacuation routes. During the drill, fire personnel handled the simulated fire site in a standardized manner, systematically testing the coordination efficiency of such links as emergency instruction transmission, fire equipment deployment, communication support, and rapid personnel assembly. In the approximately 10-minute drill, all participants completed procedures including danger reporting, initial fire fighting, emergency evacuation and on-site control in sequence, effectively verifying the coordination and cooperation capability of multiple departments in dealing with emergencies. Li Xin, leader of the company's Fire Emergency Leading Group, directed the drill on site, and the Safety Department supervised the whole process to ensure standardized procedures and thorough implementation.

After the drill, Li Xin, Director of the General Office, summarized the drill process, and Wang Zhenhua, Director of the Safety Department, made on-site comments. They required all departments to timely improve the emergency plan according to the weak links identified in the drill, and explained on site the key points of the "Four Understandings and Four Skills" for emergency disposal as well as the correct operation methods of fire-fighting equipment, further strengthening employees' fire safety awareness and their self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities.
This drill has effectively improved Xingsteel's emergency response and coordinated disposal capacity, building a solid safety defense line for the high-quality development of the enterprise.
